It is the goal of Mid-South Christian College to . . .

  1. Provide the college community with a serviceoriented office operation that includes the supervision and control of budgeting and accounting processes and the maintenance of procedures that ensure a high degree of integrity and compliance with legal requirements.
  2. Create and maintain healthy partnerships with area churches.
  3. Cultivate a willingness and skill at spanning cultural and ethnic barriers to form a multifaceted, yet unified, institutional family.
  4. Provide facilities and other physical resources to create a working environment where productivity, learning, and institutional image are enhanced.
  5. Further the educational mission of the College by providing access to information and materials needed by its students, particularly access to those materials that support the curriculum.
  6. Develop a corporate culture that is conducive to institutional learning.
  7. Provide spiritual leadership for MSCC, preserving the college’s mission and values and ensuring that its staff and faculty hold to a biblical worldview.
  8. Recruit new students into the program of MSCC and into ministry itself.
  9. Provide a customer-oriented registration process to students and protect the integrity of MSCC student-related academic documentation.
  10. Encourage students in their professional and spiritual growth.
  11. Facilitate, initiate and co-ordinate the academic work of the college for the development of students in their biblical and ministerial skills.
